Job Description
- Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including revenue tracking and debtor management.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly AR and GL reports for management decision-making.
- Handle FPS reporting requirements in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage GST filings and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Support corporate tax and withholding tax filings, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
- Assist in internal audits and statutory year-end audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Coordinate with tax agents on annual tax computations and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
- Provide financial support for major initiatives and projects, contributing to process improvements and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, or related fields
- 3 years of experience in accounting or related business
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and managing high volumes of data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
