Job Description

Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries and month-end closing activities
Handle AR/AP processes, including invoicing, vender payment, receipt and collections related to vehicle financing
Monitor customer repayment, dealer commission, and HP loan schedule to ensure timely and accurate financial tracking
Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and cash flow forecasts
Reconcile bank statement and track interest income, outstanding balances and HP loan performance
Liaise with banks, financial institutions and customers on loan disbursement, repayment arrangement and documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST submissions, annual audits and accounting standards
Support budgeting, variance analysis, and long-term financial planning activities
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, promoting adherence to internal controls and accounting best practices
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections
Maintain accurate records of HP contracts, vehicle financing terms, and customer payment histories
