Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Serving as a key regional hub, the Singapore office oversees ship management, technical services, and strategic coordination for South Asia and Oceania. The team drives initiatives in safety, environmental responsibility, and advanced maritime technologies, supporting the company's vision for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Your New Role
Prepare monthly full set of accounts and management reports.
Compile and submit consolidated reporting packages to Head Office.
Manage vendor payments through online banking platforms.
Prepare audit schedules and draft financial statements.
Ensure timely submission of XBRL filings for AGM in compliance with the Companies Act.
Prepare and file quarterly GST returns.
Coordinate with tax agents for corporate income tax matters.
Liaise with the company secretary on corporate governance matters.
Key Qualifications for Success
Proven experience in full set of accounts, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with shipowner accounting or maritime industry practices is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, including GST, XBRL, and corporate tax regulations.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
