ICHAM Pte Ltd, is a licensed fund management company founded and headquartered in Singapore. Our principal activities are wealth management, fund management and investment advisory services. We render services to multi-family offices as well as operate and manage various Funds which includes but not limited to private equity fund, hedge funds, fixed income funds, etc.

The Company is looking for a dynamic and innovative thinker to join the team as:

Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Account opening with various Financial Institutions (FIs), including liaising with and dealing with FIs
To assist and report to Financial Controller and Senior Accountant on various financial relating matters including but not limited to Funds NAV reporting and Fund Management Company
To prepare financial supporting documentations
To assist in GST returns, annual tax compliance and annual audit related matters etc
Communicating with fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers etc

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CPA, ISCA, ACCA), Bachelor's degree/postgraduate diploma/professional degree in finance or accountancy
At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in an audit firm is preferred
Prior experience within the investment management or financial services sectors is highly advantageous
Proactive and eager to learn
Good team player
