The Opportunity

A reputable engineering project organisation is seeking a high-performing Senior Accounts Executive to take ownership of full-set accounts and project financials. This role is ideal for candidates with strong grounding in WIP, project costing and progress reporting, and who thrive in a fast-paced, ERP-driven environment.

Key Focus Areas

• Full-set accounts & GL ownership

• WIP / project accounting (costing, progress billings, retention)

• Month-end closing and financial reporting

• Cash flow monitoring & bank reconciliation

• Inter-company reconciliation

• GST submissions, audit support & statutory compliance

• Drive process improvements and workflow efficiency

• ERP proficiency (Synergix experience highly valued)

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years experience in Engineering / Construction / M&E finance

• Strong project accounting expertise

• Detail-oriented, analytical and reliable under pressure

• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects

• Tech-savvy, structured and proactive
