Job Description

Job Summary

Manage full sets of accounts and support human resource functions to drive operational efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with management to maintain accurate financial records and support HR processes, contributing to the company's strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

Accounts Duties

  • Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing accounting schedules to ensure accurate and timely provisions for monthly expenditures, fixed assets, accruals, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities.
  • Maintain proper and systematic filing systems for accounting documents.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and completing related tasks as required.

Human Resource Duties

  • Assist the HR Manager in managing HR-related responsibilities, including:
  1. Recruitment and onboarding processes.
  2. Work pass applications and renewals for foreign employees.
  3. Maintenance of employee records and personal details.
  4. Employee leave administration.
  5. Payroll processing for workers.
  6. Assisting in internship recruitment cycles.
  7. Daily HR data entry and documentation.
  8. Assisting with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) surveys and submissions.
  9. Handling other HR-related administrative matters.

Other Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage company insurance policies such as Workmen's Compensation, Professional Indemnity, and other relevant coverage.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Good organizational and communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A good team player who can collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality work.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
