Roles and Responsibilities
HR administration
. Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling)
. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
. Processing monthly payroll or advance, CPF submission and IR8A e-submission, leave tracking, and attendance records.
. Maintain employee relations and address HR related issues.
Administrative Support
. Report directly to the Director
. Perform general office administrative tasks.
. Act as liaison with external IT vendors for system setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
. Provide first-level troubleshooting for basic hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues.
Accounts Support
. Manage partial sets of accounts (A/AP & GL) with capability to handle full sets when needed.
. Handling staff claims and supplier payment.
. Updating of AR & AP Aging list.
. Perform month/quarter/year-end closing of accounts and bank reconciliations.
. Liaise with external accountant.
REQUIREMENTS
. Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
. Familiar with Singapore foreign worker regulations (Work Permit, quota, levy, etc.)
. Proficient in Autocount or similar accounting software.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Words)
. Strong organizational, detail-oriented and multitasking skills
. Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF, and payroll compliance.
. Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage ( for liaising with director & customers)
. Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity, ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
. To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as and when required by the Director.
