What You'll Do:
- Lead and support the FBAP group's legal accounting consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with local and group standards.
- Collaborate closely with subsidiaries to review accounting numbers and ensure alignment with financial policies.
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounting and treasury tasks.
- Drive process improvements in financial consolidation and other finance operations.
- Manage compliance monitoring and enhance governance across FBAP and the group.
- Prepare documents for tax inquiries and support taxation-related activities.
- Lead finance projects focused on productivity, compliance, and governance enhancements.
- Support accounting enhancement initiatives and other special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting operations or audit.
- Degree in Accountancy; CPA certification preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Solid experience in consolidation within multinational corporations.
- Proven track record in process improvements.
- Familiarity with Cognos Controller and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and taxation.
- Excellent project management skills including planning, negotiation, and leadership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Strong IT skills and ability to adapt under pressure.
