About the Role:
The Senior Accountant Management Reporting is responsible for the execution of complex and recurring reporting activities within the Group's reporting function, including monthly management actual reports, budget administration, and investment-related tracking.
This role focuses on the preparation, consolidation, and interpretation of management reporting data across multiple entities and business units. The position plays a key role in ensuring reporting outputs are complete, accurate, and analysis-ready before escalation to the Assistant Finance Manager and Management Reporting Team Lead.
The role is execution-focused with analytical exposure and does not assume final review, approval, or governance ownership.
Responsibilities:
Management Reporting Execution
- Prepare and support the compilation of monthly management reports, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Compile reporting schedules and supporting information in accordance with established reporting templates and timelines.
- Provide factual explanations and data support for variances or movements identified in management reports, where required.
Budget Administration & Out-of-Budget Processing
- Maintain day-to-day budget records, including updating approved budget changes and adjustments.
- Process and document out-of-budget requests, ensuring completeness of supporting information and alignment with approved controls.
- Ensure budget updates are accurately reflected in management reporting and tracking schedules.
Investment Reporting & Weekly Tracking
- Maintain weekly tracking records for investment-related activities, including monitoring whether planned disposals, token sales, or receipts are completed as scheduled.
- Update investment tracking logs and maintain supporting documentation.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders on outstanding items or delays and escalate status updates to Reporting Team Lead.
Reporting Discipline & Process Adherence
- Execute reporting activities in accordance with established SOPs, reporting templates, and internal controls.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and audit trails for all reporting outputs.
- Identify data issues, missing information, or recurring operational challenges and escalate them appropriately.
Team Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate with Accountants to ensure reporting inputs are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
- Support Assistant Finance Managers in maintaining reporting timelines and operational discipline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, management reporting, or related finance functions.
- Solid experience in executing recurring reporting processes and handling complex reporting schedules.
- Experience in budget administration and processing out-of-budget requests.
- Familiarity with compliance or regulatory reporting processes is an advantage.
- Experience maintaining investment-related tracking records or schedules is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-frequency reporting tasks reliably.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
