Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, ledgers, and statements for all clinics under the group.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations in line with group SOPs.
- Monitor the financial performance of each clinic, prepare clinic-level profit & loss reports, and flag variances.
- Chase outstanding payments from patients, insurers, and partners to ensure timely collections and healthy cashflow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports for management review.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, GST, and regulatory documents.
- Track compliance with accounting standards, MOH regulations, and group-wide financial SOPs.
- Support management in developing budgets and forecasts for clinics and group expansion.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost savings, efficiency gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to maintain financial integrity and accountability.
- Perform other finance- or clinic-related duties as required to support the group's operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
- Meticulous, analytical, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to liaise across clinics, insurers, and partners.
