Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain full sets of accounts.
• Monitor and manage cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports and statements.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other external parties.
• Prepare tax/statutory reports.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Track project costs and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or ACCA (or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with GST and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
