Job Description
Atome is looking for an experienced Finance professional to help shape the accounting and controllership function for the company.
- Monthly timely and accurate closing of accounts;
- Assisting/leading annual financials audits;
- Opportunity to be exposed to working in a high performing team, with tools to leverage AI and tech to improve day-to-day finance activities
- Collaborating closely with various stakeholders including finance transformation team, business, technology, product, data to drive efficiency in areas including but not limited to financial data analytics, automation etc.
- Implement/establish process and system controls and discipline to help us be a world-class finance function
Requirements
- At least three to five years experience of which three or more years are from a Big 4, preferably from financial services auditing background. Experience in the Fintech industry/lending industry and strong knowledge in IFRS 9 will be an added plus.
- A team player that embraces change and fosters positive relationships within and outside of the organisation.
- A good work ethic and can-do attitude and the ability to work under high pressure to meet tight deadlines and to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong communicator and listener who is able to work through issues and actively problem solve and make decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional qualification equivalent to CPA/chartered accountant is required.
