Job Description

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences Senior Account Manager to drive profitable growth across the SEA & ANZ region. This customer-facing role is responsible for managing key accounts and distributor relationships while expanding business opportunities within the Pharmaceutical and Personal Care markets. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high-value cleaning, disinfection, and decontamination solutions, supported by strong technical expertise and strategic selling capabilities. This role suits a commercially driven professional with a strong appetite for growth and market expansion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales growth targets for assigned territories and contribute to overall regional performance.
  • Develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing partnerships with direct end-users and distributors.
  • Provide tailored recommendations on products, processes, and programs addressing cleaning, sanitation, and contamination control challenges within Pharmaceutical and Personal Care manufacturing environments.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits across SEA & ANZ, building strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels including production, quality, management, and corporate teams.
  • Collaborate closely with regional colleagues, distributors, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective information sharing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipelines, forecasts, leads, and wins using designated sales tools.
  • Support market development initiatives such as exhibitions, seminars, technical visits, and promotional activities.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data analysis to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Personal Care manufacturing environments is strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in account management and/or channel management.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer and distributor relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to sell value-based, solution-oriented offerings.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong executive presence.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into effective account plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and apply insights to sales execution.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with high integrity and resilience.
  • Flexible, positive, and results-oriented attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within assigned territories.
