Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on teamwork and building relationships within both local public and private HLI sectors.
  • Drive and determination to consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline of at least 3x the assigned quota.
  • Achieve incremental and new sales from greenfield accounts, while minimising customer churn.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and enhance its market presence.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and timely expense reporting to support business planning.
  • Maintain daily/weekly/monthly metrics, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently meet sales goals.
  • Independently manage tenders/RFQs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors, and decision-makers within the account base.
  • Effectively communicate progress on monthly and quarterly sales initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs and objectives, driving customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with escalations or high-severity requests as required to maintain service quality and customer trust.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience within the relevant industries.
  • Strong understanding of the company's solution offerings and how they apply within the industry landscape.
  • Covering Public & Private HLI.
  • Strong understanding of public sector tender processes, with practical know-how to maximise tender win opportunities.
  • Ability to give accurate forecast and with the due diligence of keeping CRM (NetSuite) up to date.
