The Senior Account Manager is responsible for owning andgrowing a portfolio of key strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor andsenior point of contact. The role goes beyond day-to-day account management,with clear accountability for client strategy, commercial performance, andlong-term relationship development.
With a strong commercial and marketing mindset, the SeniorAccount Manager drives revenue growth by expanding client partnerships,identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring the company'sservices and campaigns deliver measurable value. This role works closely withinternal Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Product teams to translate clientobjectives into actionable plans and high-quality delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Own and lead clientrelationships, acting as a trusted commercial and strategic partner
. Serve as the main point ofescalation for complex client issues and critical situations
. Develop and execute accountstrategies to drive revenue growth, retention, and long-term value
. Identify, propose, and closeupsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts
. Lead client planning sessions,performance reviews, and strategic discussions
. Translate client objectives andbriefs into clear deliverables for internal teams
. Oversee campaign, project, andaccount performance, providing insights and optimisation recommendations
. Forecast, track, and report onkey performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and commercial outcomes
. Coordinate cross-functionalteams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client goals
. Maintain accuratedocumentation, reporting, and account governance standards
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
. 4-7 years experience in Account Management, or a senior role within a marketing, digital, media, technology, or professional services environment
. Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client accounts
. Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue, retention, and account expansion
. Excellent understanding of marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and client KPIs
. Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, including executive-level clients
. Confident leading complex negotiations, commercial discussions, and performance reviews
. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
. Fluent in written and spoken English proficiency in Korean would be an advantage.
