The Role
We are looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager who can support our team from September-December 2025. This person will be the day-to-day client support for some of our accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the agency and partner with the client to create a regional structure that supports centralized needs, while also assisting with strategy and creative initiatives delivered locally.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver client services leadership and ownership over assigned key client accounts by building enduring senior-level relationships between clients and the agency through trust, credibility, and expertise.
- Shape and drive vision, direction, and activities for the accounts through a rigorous understanding of the key dynamics, strategies, and drivers of the clients business.
- Lead operations and implementations of through-the-line integrated marketing communications campaigns at a regional level.
- In charge of setting the creative and communications directions given to various agency departments ensuring that the Client brief is clear and actionable, able to give direction for multiple projects and accounts.
- Actively pursue digital and creative storytelling opportunities within assigned clients and categories.
- Maintain timeline and ensure delivery for key milestones including presentations, approvals and production and media implementations.
- Control the financial health of assigned key client accounts as well as detail-oriented adherence to all related project financial administrative requirements job charges, campaign budgets and cost controls.
- Champion the Agencys mission, to create ideas people want to spend time with and so help our clients drive short term sales and build long term brand values.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 4 years of account management/ client servicing experience in an advertising agency
- Experience leading Public Sector, FMCG or Tech accounts is an advantage.
- With Cross-discipline knowledge in creative strategy, communications planning, digital & social media and digital platform development & maintenance.
- Prior experience and familiarity with development and delivery of through-the-line campaigns across video production, print, out-of-home, owned and paid digital, social and CRM channels.
- Able to work in tandem with the strategic planner on briefs and planning out of the campaign to contribute to the creative process.
- Flexible to changes; Extremely nimble, organized, and efficient with the ability to juggle multiple accounts concurrently.
- Extremely detail and process-oriented, comfortable with rigorous agency and client financial processes.
- Proven ability to connect all agency disciplines with teams in multi-geography, multi-cultural environment in briefing and project tasking to facilitate integration, understanding & alignment across all departments.
- Independent, tenacious self-starter yet empathetic and dedicated team leader.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written skills to facilitate clear communication tasks, internal agency communication and client interface.
- Excellent client management, presentation and writing skills.
- Flawless project and time management skills.
- Unafraid to roll sleeves and undertake a task big or small and hands-on in execution.
