We are seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager in Singapore to lead client delivery within True Global Intelligence (TGI), FleishmanHillard's award-winning intelligence consultancy. TGI brings together data, AI, institutional knowledge, and human expertise to deliver actionable insights and measurable business impact for our clients.

In this role, you will oversee integrated marketing effectiveness reporting and optimisation across multiple markets, manage high-priority workstreams for a global tech leader, and drive strong client relationships through strategic, accurate and actionable insight delivery.

This role blends client leadership, project management and marketing intelligence expertise. The successful candidate will be confident owning accounts end-to-end, translating business challenges into insight objectives, and ensuring seamless delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing and media reporting (ATL, BTL and digital) across markets, ensuring outputs meet strategic objectives and quality standards.

Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trusted relationships and proactively managing expectations, risks and escalations.

Triage and prioritise multiple high-urgency requests, balancing resources, timelines and SLAs across concurrent projects.

Translate client briefs into clear scopes of work, insight frameworks and delivery plans.

Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement processes, invoicing and accruals for reporting and campaign activity.

Partner closely with analysts and specialists to optimise media monitoring, social listening and cross-market reporting tool stacks.

Oversee project governance, including trackers, timelines, documentation and QA processes to minimise risk and rework.

Identify opportunities for account growth, scope expansion and improved ways of working.

Mentor junior team members, provide guidance on delivery standards, and contribute to capability development within the team.

Identify revenue opportunities within existing relationships and support growth initiatives.

Mentor and develop junior team members; delegate and manage workloads sensitively.

Success indicators

Consistent on-time and on-budget delivery across markets and workstreams.

High levels of client satisfaction and reduced escalations.

Strong commercial oversight and accurate forecasting.

Clear prioritisation and resource management across competing demands.

Demonstrable contribution to account growth or expanded scope.

Robust QA processes resulting in minimal data or reporting errors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analysis or related field.

Account Manager: 46 years relevant experience, ideally within a digital, media or integrated agency environment. Senior Account Manager: 68 years relevant experience with demonstrated client leadership responsibility.

Strong understanding of communications and customer experience management.

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects for large or complex clients.

Experience working with Social, Search and/or Programmatic campaigns (strategy, setup and optimisation).

Solid understanding of digital infrastructure, including tracking, web analytics, tagging and SEO principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent stakeholder management skills across seniority levels and business units.

Highly organised, adaptable and confident operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Beneficial to have:

Exposure to reporting or analytics tools (e.g. Looker Studio or similar visualisation platforms).

Experience supporting global or large technology clients.

Familiarity with Looker Studio or other data visualisation platforms.

Experience working within marketing effectiveness, measurement or insights practices.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
