Supporting one of Dragonpass most strategic global partnerships

This is a unique opportunity to join Dragonpass as a Senior Account Manager, working with one of our most significant global clients. You will play a key role in strengthening an established partnership, driving commercial growth, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes across multiple markets.

Operating at the intersection of relationship management, commercial strategy and business growth, this role offers significant visibility across the organisation and exposure to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

What you will be driving day to day

You will act as a trusted partner to a major global client, leading strategic account activity and helping shape the future direction of the partnership. Working closely with stakeholders across multiple regions, you will identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase client value, and deliver innovative solutions that support both client and Dragonpass objectives.

You will lead business reviews, strategic discussions and commercial planning activities while ensuring strong collaboration across product, operations, finance, marketing and leadership teams. Success in this role will come from balancing long-term strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Experience and strengths you will bring

  • Proven experience in account management, partnerships, business development or commercial roles within financial services, payments, loyalty, travel, aviation or related industries.
  • Strong track record of managing large, complex client relationships with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience delivering commercial growth through strategic partnership management.
  • Confident leading executive-level discussions, business reviews and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing forecasts, budgets or revenue performance.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop business cases and translate ideas into measurable results.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple regions, cultures and stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience within financial institutions, payment networks, card issuers, loyalty programmes or travel-related businesses would be particularly valuable.
  • Exposure to global accounts or multinational organisations would be advantageous.
