Job Description

This role is based in Singapore and involves overseeing marketing initiatives primarily focused on Singapore, with potential responsibilities extending beyond the country.

As a co-lead, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our agency's standard of excellence. You will lead the charge in defining how we bridge bold creative storytelling with sophisticated brand strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver market-leading solutions. You will mentor a high-performing team, ensuring that every campaign we execute for partners like Amazon is not just a transaction, but a cultural moment.

  • The Strategic Architect: You have a proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios and turning complex brand challenges into seamless, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • The Growth Driver: You are obsessed with results and have a natural ability to identify new business opportunities that scale our clients influence.
  • The Innovation Bonus: Prior experience in spearheading ecosystem-wide strategiessuch as optimising the synergy between content platforms and commerce journeys (e.g., app-led engagement or web-based community building)is a major plus.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • To grow company revenue through retention and proactive strategic upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns, with a focus on digital transformation, including building apps and websites
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities to expand digital services portfolio
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop innovative digital solutions
  • Understand the business value in different campaigns and allocate your time and efforts accordingly to monitor and gatekeep the quality of the campaigns
  • Be an extremely effective communicator able to balance clients needs and happiness against required steps to drive campaign success
  • Proactively manage, plan and strategise account plans in order to grow key accounts
  • Able to independently and critically create compelling proposals and accurate budgets, whilst effectively lead a client meeting on your own and secure buy-in from prospective clients
  • Manage client budgets, campaign margins and forecast pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Project Management, and media planning and buying to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget
  • Where necessary this also includes the involvement and collaboration of wider TSL teams including and not limited to: Content Strategy, Creative, Editorial, Video
  • Use data and insights to inform campaign strategy and optimize performance, also ensuring that campaign reporting is effective and succinct
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

The successful candidate should have:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in account management in a social media agency or creative agency environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • Strong experience in developing and executing digital and web solutions/ campaigns
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Passionate about tech, pop culture, trends, content, KOLs and social media
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, benchmarks and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative concepts and strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and optimize campaign strategy
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in mentoring junior staff
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Fluent written and spoken English, a second Asian language would be an advantage
