Senior Account Manager APAC (Mandarin Speaking) Digital Media & Marketing Agency
Our client is a fastgrowing digital media and marketing agency, looking for a Senior Account Manager to own key APAC client relationships and lead integrated digital campaigns across China and the wider region.
The role
- Lead daytoday relationships for a portfolio of regional clients, acting as the strategic partner and main point of contact.
- Plan and deliver multichannel campaigns across paid social, programmatic, search and display, ensuring they hit performance and brand objectives.
- Work closely with internal strategy, media, creative and analytics teams to translate client briefs into compelling, insightdriven media and content plans.
- Drive KOL and influencer initiatives endtoend from strategy and talent selection to briefing, content alignment and performance reporting.
- Oversee PR, content and social activations that amplify paid media and KOL work, ensuring integrated storytelling across channels.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, pacing and campaign optimisation, with clear reporting and actionable recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members, helping to develop their client servicing and digital marketing capabilities.
What you'll bring
- Solid agencyside experience in account management serving digital or integrated marketing clients in APAC.
- Proven track record running paid media campaigns (paid social, programmatic, search, display) from brief to postcampaign analysis.
- Handson experience with KOL/influencer marketing and an understanding of PR or social/content campaigns is highly desirable.
- Native or fluent Mandarin plus strong English, able to manage stakeholders and develop materials in both languages.
- Strong commercial mindset comfortable with numbers, confident in presenting performance, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborative, solutionsoriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
