About the Team | Manager

This senior sales role reports directly to the Commericial Lead. You will be a key driver of revenue growth, managing major accounts within the assigned territory. The role involves working closely with dedicated internal teams, including Applications Specialists and Service Engineers, to ensure seamless technical support, superior customer service, and the coordinated delivery of pre and post-sales activities.

About the Job

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be directly responsible for achieving orders, sales, and margin targets across a portfolio of advanced analytical product lines. Your core focus will be developing and executing robust sales strategies, including researching new business opportunities and driving Year-over-Year growth in existing and new accounts. You will practice key account management by understanding customer needs, facilitating technical problem-solving, preparing technical quotations, and closing deals. Accountability also includes maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, delivering technical presentations, and submitting timely sales forecasts and quarterly business plans.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Chemistry
  • Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience in Analytical instruments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer literate.
  • Experience using CRM systems is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage travel requirements, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
