Role Overview:
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the key liaison between the agency and our clients. You'll work closely with internal teams-creative, strategy, etc -to manage campaigns, ensure deliverables are on time, and maintain high client satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in translating client needs into clear briefs and ensuring projects exceed expectations.
The Role:
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong and trusted partnerships.
- Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and business needs to deliver effective campaign solutions.
- Anticipate and address client concerns with professionalism and proactive communication.
Project & Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end campaign timelines, deliverables, and approval processes.
- Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for creative, digital, social and media teams.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on-brand, on-time, and to high standards of quality.
Project Scoping & Estimates
- Prepare cost estimates and proposals for client approval in consultation with Director.
- Monitor project scope and budget utilisation to ensure campaigns stay within agreed parameters.
- Maintain accurate project documentation including briefs, timelines, deliverables, approvals, and status reports.
Strategic & Creative Support
- Support the development of campaign proposals and presentations with insights and recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor research to strengthen client strategies.
- Contribute ideas during creative brainstorming sessions to enhance campaign outcomes.
Collaboration & Team Coordination
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on expectations.
- Provide clear feedback and guidance between clients and creatives to streamline work.
- Support junior team members in daily account management where necessary.
Reporting & Insights
- Track and monitor campaign performance against client KPIs.
- Compile post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Present results and learnings to clients and internal teams.
New Business Support
- Assist with new business development through research, pitch preparation, and proposal support.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and presentations for potential clients.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant account servicing experience in a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of creative processes, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for delivering great work.
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
