Ruder Finn Singapore is looking out for a Senior Account Executive (Content Marketing) to join our Integrated Marketing Comms team.
A key contributor, supporting the Integrated Marketing Comms Team in planning and implementation. You will have a good comprehension of the role of advertising & promotion in the overall communications mix.
A good eye for detail, you are organized in nature and are mindful of timelines. You work well as part of a larger team (that brings multi-disciplinary communications touchpoints in the process) and are a keen learner.
The role:
- Assist the Account Director with the management of clients and projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- To go for social media shoots and ensure that logistics are handled smoothly
- Able to collaborate and handle internal and external stakeholders efficiently
- Support the Account Director to provide strategic and business directions to meet client's objectives
- Research, brainstorm ideas and develop campaign proposals and presentations
- Work with the creative team on campaigns, and ensure that project deliverables are in line with clients objectives
- Manage, plan and guide day-to-day development of projects, with follow-ups, taking initiative on next steps, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Handle client's social media calendar on day-to-day basis, and be able to come up with ideas and direction for the posts
- Support the team on new business proposals
- Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends
Your experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Comms, Marketing or a related field
- 2 4 years of industry experience in advertising/digital/marketing agency preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and writing skills. This role is expected to manage client's social media accounts
- Excellent client service skills, strong organizational skills and is a problem solver
- Experience in running and initiating small projects independently from briefing to final delivery, with minimal supervision
- Able to multitask and handle multiple projects
- Social media savvy with a flair for writing
