A Hybrid working model
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we've adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
Role Summary: As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of day-to-day account management, lead the execution of campaigns end-to-end, and serve as a key point of contact for clients. You will work closely with senior account leads to drive client satisfaction, account growth, and the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic input on briefs, campaigns, and ongoing work
- Lead the coordination and execution of campaigns and projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives
- Develop clear, insightful creative and strategic briefs, interrogating client inputs to ensure briefs are sharp and actionable
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions before they escalate
- Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, workflow tools) across the team, identifying new opportunities to improve operational efficiency and elevate output quality
- Embed AI-driven solutions across campaign execution, reporting, and internal workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, media, production, strategy, tech) to ensure seamless execution and to advocate for the client's needs internally
- Monitor campaign performance, synthesize results into actionable insights, and present findings and recommendations to clients
- Support the Account Manager / Account Director in commercial management of the account, including scoping, estimating, tracking budgets, and flagging over-servicing
- Identify opportunities to grow the account through new projects, scopes, or value-added recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account servicing within an advertising or marketing agency environment, with a demonstrated track record of managing campaigns independently.
- Foundational production knowledge and the ability to support end-to-end campaign delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience applying AI tools to optimize workflows, operations, and campaign execution, with the ability to guide others in adoption
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders without compromising quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to and negotiating with clients
- Sound commercial awareness, with an understanding of agency profitability, scoping, and budget management
- Ability to think strategically about client business, not just execute against briefs
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the maturity to push back constructively when needed
