Responsibilities:
- Member of the Client Services Management team responsible for the execution of the client plan in key projects(s).
- Build client relationships, confidence and trust (at executional level)
- Researches and understands the brand, its category and its competitors to provide added value for the client while staying well-informed on medical communications, marketing and pharmaceutical pipeline trends
- Collaborates with the various internal departments to write a strong, inspiring agency brief and concept based on the client's initial brief
- Influences the development of the highest quality of work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating sound judgment
- Keep track of accounting and financial operation ensuring project is delivered on time, on budget and within scope
- Protects client and agency interests by thoughtfully managing resources and identifying new opportunities for growth, issues and updates and monitoring scope to avoid or address scope creep
- Successfully manage client expectations by ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards
- Provides written weekly status and conference call reports following meetings to ensure client and agency are in agreement
- Effectively facilitates the communication between agency, client and our partners to ensure seamless and desired outcomes
- Maintains a sense of discretion and professionalism, and be a proud builder of the IMPact Studio+
Ideal Background:
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant work experiences in a healthcare communications and/or medical communications agency (preferred) in similar capacity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications; marketing, pharmaceuticals; or any discipline of Science
- A healthcare communications background is highly preferred, or a passion to explore that space
- Possess a meticulous personality with project management capability and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills, have growth mindset and prior experience in a client-focused role
- Brings emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and practical judgement to work with wider teams, manage stakeholders, and drive positive outcomes
