We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our finance team. You will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting our property development and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial accounting documents, consolidated group accounts, and taxation for the Group, including statutory audits.
- Manage cash flow projections and cash flow management, ensuring optimal planning and utilization of resources.
- Ensure statutory compliance with relevant authorities including BCA, ACRA, IRAS, URA, etc.
- Conduct detailed audits and provide insights to improve financial practices and operations.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Support financial reporting and forecasting, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior staff in accounting and auditing practices.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of auditing and accounting experience in the Property Development and Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of cash flow projections and management.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements within the industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial consolidation and statutory audits.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
