Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and aging analysis
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
  • Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts, including month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Handle Fixed Asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset tracking
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide finance operations support, improving processes and internal controls
  • Assist in system support and enhancements, including ERP/financial systems troubleshooting and implementation
  • Prepare financial reports and schedules for management review
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, and Fixed Asset accounting
  • Experience in finance operations and system support

  • Employment Type: 2-year contract (renewable)
  • Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
