Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and aging analysis
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts, including month-end and year-end closing activities
- Handle Fixed Asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset tracking
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Provide finance operations support, improving processes and internal controls
- Assist in system support and enhancements, including ERP/financial systems troubleshooting and implementation
- Prepare financial reports and schedules for management review
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, and Fixed Asset accounting
- Experience in finance operations and system support

- Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
