Key Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full-set accounts including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare quarterly GST returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Liaise with internal departments and outsourced tax agents on corporate tax matters
- Support annual statutory and group audit activities
- Processing supplier invoices and staff claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely payments
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as auditors, IRAS, banks, and vendors
- Support finance and tax projects, including digitalisation initiatives such as InvoiceNow implementation and continuous process improvements
Key Responsibilities:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and Singapore tax reporting
- Solid knowledge of SFRS, GST, and corporate tax compliances requirements
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken/written) to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with good team spirit and strong interpersonal communication skills
