Job Description

  1. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  2. Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
  3. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  4. Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
  5. Review effectiveness of internal controls with respect to payment cycle
  6. Updating of cashbook and timely posting to the General Ledger
  7. Assist in the monthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting journals and quaterly GST filing
  8. Handle general office administration matters
  9. Assist in order ad-hoc projects as required
