BookMyShow SEA is a regional ticketing start up providing an Enterprise B2B2C Software as a Service (SaaS) ticketing platform for Attractions, Performance Venues and Event Promoters that provides white labelled control of their own ticketing, with interface to value-added tools and allows collaborating with channel partners. We empower our clients by giving them the right tools that they need to successfully manage their ticketing from the internet to the door.
Our team in the Client Services team, is a multi-disciplinary team of Managers and Executives working together in ensuring that all inventories of products and services that can be sold through various sales channels platforms, to client servicing to ensure the smooth administration of ticket inventories and optimise sales for our inventory owners.
What you'll do:
- Maintain, develop and growth of new and existing business relations.
- Liaison on all details of events.
- Drive and ensure that all events information and/or reports are accurately and timely disseminated to all the channels/departments and be ready for sale.
- Seat Management system.
- Collaborate with business teams to better understand the clients needs and synthesise your findings into actionable details and success of events.
- Provide guidance and motivation to team members
- Primary problem consultation for Junior Account Executives
- Involvement in Various Company projects, when required

- A passion for the Arts & Entertainment world would be an added advantage.
This role would be a good fit if you have:
- At least 1-2 years of Events and related fields experience.
- Diploma or Degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Worked in a start-up would be an added advantage.
