Senior 360 Sales Consultant (Recruitment)
We are looking for an experienced Senior 360 Sales Consultant with recruitment company background.
This role can be fully remote and requires strong end-to-end sales capabilities, client management, and candidate sourcing skills. You should have at least 3 years of proven 360 recruitment experience and ideally bring your own client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: client acquisition, job briefing, candidate sourcing, process management, and closing deals
- Develop new business opportunities and expand client networks independently
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Provide market insights, talent strategy, and consultative advice to clients
- Work collaboratively with the remote team to deliver recruitment solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of 360 recruitment experience in a recruitment agency (not in-house)
- Proven track record of both client development and candidate delivery
- Bilingual: Mandarin & English (both oral and written)
- Existing client base or warm network is a plus
- Able to work independently from home with high accountability
