Job Title: Semiconductor wafer fabrication, Sales Engineer
Location: Tampines (East)
Work Schedule: 5-day work week
Salary Range: $4,000 - $5,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth: Manage and expand a portfolio of existing front-end fabrication accounts while proactively hunting for new business opportunities.
Strategic Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, focusing on value-added solutions rather than transactional selling.
Commercial Management: Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring pricing aligns with company margin objectives.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to provide responsive customer support and ensure timely resolution of technical or logistical issues.
Market Engagement: Organize and conduct product training, seminars, and presentations to educate clients on new capabilities and solutions.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through regular business reviews and proactive market intelligence gathering.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience specifically within the front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or B2B environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills self-motivated with a high level of commercial acumen.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical requirements into sales solutions.
