DESCRIPTION:

  • Drive bookings growth and customer success across innovative product portfolios
  • Use technical expertise and consultative sales approach to identify opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Deliver solutions that support scientific research and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
  • Provide technical leadership during customer engagements
  • Organize and facilitate demonstrations to ensure product value is clearly demonstrated
  • Use technical expertise and consultative sales approach to identify opportunities
  • Deliver solutions that support semiconductor scientific research and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve R&D goals
  • Contribute to Thermo Fisher's mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree with 8+ years of technical sales experience in life sciences or related fields candidates with a Bachelor's degree are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong technical knowledge of scientific workflows and applications
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a matrix organization
  • Experience in territory planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • Customer-focused with ability to support and develop team members
  • Willingness to travel (50-75%) bilingual skills are a plus
