• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related discipline

• 3+ years of semiconductor process engineering experience is a plus fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven mindset

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and execution

• Able to perform well in fast-paced, time-critical environments

Key Responsibilities after joining our team will include the following:

• Process Control & Continuous Improvement
  Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify critical parameters and drive data-based improvements in process stability, yield, and performance.

• Recipe & Technology Management
  Develop, maintain, and optimize process recipes and manufacturing flows. Lead new process and technology qualifications to ensure smooth ramp-up into production.

• Equipment & Defect Management
  Perform preventive maintenance, baseline monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting of process tools. Analyze defect trends, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.

• Documentation & Training
  Create and maintain accurate documentation, including SOPs and MES/RMES configurations. Deliver structured training to engineers and production technicians.

• Automation & Efficiency Initiatives
  Drive automation and smart manufacturing projects, collaborating closely with IT and engineering teams to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

• Cross-Functional & Cross-Site Collaboration
  Work with global manufacturing sites to support process correlation, resolve daily production challenges, and partner with equipment vendors on complex technical issues.
