Job Title : Engineer (Bake, Develop & Etch)
- Establish process recipe/flow, process index and equipment SPC monitoring
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for process tools
- Parts inventory management
- Analyze soft-defects, identify root causes, and Implement improvement plans to reduce defect rates
- Maintain section's documentation and provide training on MES/SPC tools
- Update SOP for equipment maintenance and process parameter
- Lead automation ideas and collaborate with IT/engineering teams to enhance efficiency
