. AMHS system installation (OHT, STK, OHCV, LIFT, VC, ZFS, EFEM, etc), and project control at customer site.

. Customer service for troubleshooting and repair of semiconductor automated equipment, including equipment maintenance and adjustments.

. System updates related to automated equipment.

. Log analysis, processing, and follow-up tracking of equipment to assist in repair and maintenance.

. Work progress communication and coordination.

. Data preparation and recording.
