Semicon Yield Senior/ Engineer

Job Summary

Drive yield improvement, quality enhancement and manufacturing efficiency in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Analyze yield data, identify loss mechanisms, lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze yield data, trends and anomalies to identify improvement opportunities.

• Drive yield improvement, process optimization and continuous improvement projects.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Prepare yield reports, dashboards and technical presentations.

• Support process qualifications, audits and customer technical reviews.

• Work closely with Process, Equipment, Quality and Production teams to improve yield, quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• 2-5 years experience in semiconductor Process/Yield Engineering preferred.

• Knowledge of semiconductor wafer/package manufacturing is an advantage.

• Proficient in Excel, JMP, Tableau, Power BI or Python.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

• Proactive, independent and results-oriented.
