Join as a Customer Quality Senior Engineer to deliver exceptional quality support across Southeast Asia, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous product and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Execute Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) tasks following company policies, business processes, and customer-specific requirements
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to solve problems, manage changes, support audits, develop products, and resolve complaints
- Represent the company by promoting product quality, process excellence, and strong quality systems
- Work with cross-functional teams across regions, products, and customer segments to resolve complex quality issues
- Drive timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and quality concerns to enhance satisfaction
- Contribute to global initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and support business success
- Maintain and update documentation, including business processes, tracking systems, performance reports, and continuous improvement projects
- Demonstrate effective planning, execution, leadership, and teamwork to achieve quality objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with customer quality engineering exposure
- Proven skills in managing issues and projects to align customer needs with company capabilities
- Hands-on experience applying quality tools and methodologies such as Pareto analysis, FMEA, SPC, trend analysis, process mapping, DOE, cause-and-effect diagrams, and 8D problem solving
