We specialise in architecting digital marketing strategy across internal and external media channels, focusing on helping sellers amplify their shops awareness, traffic and conversions via various advertising and affiliate solutions. We are also the strategic bridge between the world's largest media platforms, such as Meta and Google, and our seller community, ensuring they have the most advanced marketing products and tools to achieve their business goals.
As a Seller Traffic Growth Strategist, you will drive the regional growth of seller advertising products across SEA, Taiwan, and Brazil. You are not only managing product go-to-market, but also the owner of key performance metrics such as adoption and investment. Working at the intersection of data-driven growth and strategic partnerships, you will leverage your expertise in digital media and performance marketing to continuously scale marketing solutions.
Job Description
Regional growth and investment ownership of seller traffic ad solutions:
- Drive seller adoption and investment across a diverse portfolio of advertising solutions, allowing sellers to effectively funnel high-quality traffic to their shops
- Take ownership of setting, adjusting and reporting on key performance metrics across weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually cycles
Strategic Partnership Management
- Collaborate directly with strategic partners like Meta and Google to co-develop and innovate product features that elevates seller performance and experience
- Execute and manage high-stakes JBPs with strategic partners to align long-term goals and shared collaboration pillars
Data-Driven Growth Initiatives
- Identify untapped opportunities and implement growth initiatives through rigorous data analysis, competitor benchmarking and market trend monitoring
- Collaborate with Marketing Analytics or other cross-functional teams to build and refine data analytics tools and modelling methodologies
Stakeholder Management
- Closely partner with local teams across SEA, TW and BR, proactively seeking input and alignment, to secure buy-in for regional initiatives
- Effectively translate complex performance metrics and technical details into compelling strategic frameworks and narratives for senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the internet industry, growth marketing, media platforms or management consulting
- Possess exceptional quantitative and structured problem-solving skills, high attention to details, and advanced proficiency in Excel, Gsheet and data modelling
- Thrive in dynamic environment with a results-driven growth mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and influencing senior leadership
- Technical knowledge of digital performance ads and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape in the region would be a plus
