We are looking for a practical strategist to join our Brand & Growth Marketing team, tasked with partnering with regional business leaders to architect high-impact, omnichannel customer activation and retention strategies. In this role, your primary mission will be to optimise the end-to-end customer journey, maximising digital conversion rates and long-term user engagement through continuous experience enhancements.
You will act as a critical bridge across various departments and leadership tiers, leveraging deep data-driven insights to uncover market opportunities, design scalable frameworks, and spearhead projects from conception to execution.
Data-Driven Insights: Diagnose business challenges and identify growth opportunities through rigorous data analysis keep a pulse on macro market trends and evolving consumer behaviours, with a focus on paid traffic strategy
Strategic Framework Design: Utilise functional expertise across digital media and lifecycle marketing to deliver insights Understand business needs and direction, identify the hits and misses from paid marketing strategy and provide solutions. Build and refine engagement strategies anchored in advanced user segmentation, Lifetime Value (LTV), and ROI modelling
Stakeholder Alignment: Package and present complex findings into compelling business cases for audiences ranging from local market leads to C-suite executives, securing cross-functional buy-in
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional business units and local business teams to translate high-level strategies into localised, actionable implementation roadmaps
End-to-End Ownership: Control over project execution, ensuring milestones are met while establishing robust reporting structures to track and report on initiative performance
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field A master's degree is advantageous but not required
Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
Demonstrated mastery of analytical problem-solving, structured storytelling, and executive communication is a must
Deep subject-matter expertise in customer lifecycle management (CRM), digital commerce, or product experience optimisation is preferred
Collaborate effectively with teams from diverse backgrounds
High capacity to learn to adapt to evolving business priorities
