Job Description:

  • Your primary responsibility is the overall management and support of high-potential new brands and resellers during their first 3 to 12 months on Shopee.
  • You will help design strategies for their shop portfolios, including category selection, brand positioning, and pricing.
  • To ensure commercial and operational growth, you will lead the execution of marketing campaigns and the adoption of logistics channels such as SLS and FBS.
  • Furthermore, you will empower sellers by providing the necessary education to enhance their onsite visibility and order conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in account management.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Drive seller management activities with strong ownership based on in-depth knowledge of the ecommerce or retail industry.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate multi-lateral communications effectively within a dynamic environment.
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written Japanese (Native level) and English (Business level).
