About the Role
Our client, a leading luxury hotel in Singapore, is seeking a Security Supervisor to support daily security operations and ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage access points and authorise entries in accordance with SOP
- Monitor CCTV coverage and highlight any anomalies
- Manage Visitor Management and Casual Labour systems
- Perform lobby, convention centre, guest floor, and back-of-house patrols
- Train and guide security officers on SOPs, equipment, and hotel policies
- Manage and respond to FPLS, duress, and emergency system alarms
- Ensure accurate handling of all official security documents
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level
- Minimum 4 years hotel security or private security law enforcement experience at a supervisory level
- Certified in CPR/AED, Basic Fire-Fighting, and First Aid Management
- Holds a valid PLRD Licence
- Holds CERT Certificate
- Senior / Security Supervisor certification as required by local authorities
- Fluent in English second language an advantage
