About the role

The Sr. Security Operations Program Manager (Sr. SOPM) is a senior level role that will directly support senior-level client(s) and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of focused regional end-to-end program management, data analytics, and presentation of results to regional and global executive-level stakeholders for a complex, multi $100M global client account providing critical infrastructure services. This is a highly independent role requiring intensive collaboration with leadership - both internal and client facing. The Sr. SOPM must be comfortable working in a highly complex, fast paced, and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can bridge the gap between security operations and business intelligence. The individual will ensure that DCPS leadership has visibility into improvements, optimizations, opportunities, security trends, risks, and initiatives to strengthen our overall security posture.

What you will do

  • Conduct analysis of physical security operations, incidents, and risk indicators for optimization.
  • Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources (e.g. incident reports, performance metrics).
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights through dashboards, Power BI, analytics reports, and visualizations.
  • Provide clear, concise presentations and briefings to leaders, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Deliver key content and metrics to leaders in a timely and impactful way.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness and anticipate emerging risks.
  • Connect the dots to effectively solve problems.
  • Analyze physical security intelligence and convert it into actionable data.
  • Manage and respond to requests for information from executive clients at the Director level and above.
  • Coordinate with applicable stakeholders across the enterprise to collate, analyze, and present results.
  • Act as a liaison between Securitas, client leadership and other internal/external key stakeholders as directed by the Regional Director. Ensure delivery of meaningful and valuable feedback from the client and other stakeholders to Securitas and vice versa.
  • Project manage selected strategic initiatives designed to drive process improvements across the enterprise.

About you

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft products.
  • A professional demeanor and the ability to contribute independently to the security program.
  • The capacity to remain composed when dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the publiceven in urgent or high-pressure situations.
  • Clear, articulate communication skills, with the ability to observe and report incidents as well as guide and direct others.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • A self-starter attitude, thriving both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly detail oriented and comfortable with, and savvy with using data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Has an innovative and continuous improvement mindset with the natural ability to identify opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business / Management/ or related field) and/or minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial environment within a security program, or corporate security, military, or law enforcement background.
  • Professional certifications desirable (CPP, PSP, etc.).
  • Datacenter and technology experience preferred.
  • Must have full work rights for country where applying from
  • Have a current passport or be able to obtain one.
  • Able to travel (international or domestic, as required), occasionally with limited notice.
  • Able to work evening or weekend hours when required, such as during an emergency event or crisis.
