Security Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily deployment of security officers across various sites
• Point of contact and support for security officers ensure their welfare, concerns, and working conditions are properly addressed.
• Respond to operational issues and manpower needs as they arise
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards
• Work closely with the command centre and compliance team
• Handle client communication and feedback professionally
• Maintain accurate operational records and support regulatory compliance

Key Requirements:

• Security related experience or qualifications a plus
• Positive attitude, integrity, self-discipline, and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to lead by example
• Able to work independently and also as a team player
• Willing to be on standby and respond when operational support is needed
• Strong sense of ownership and empathy towards frontline officers
• Comfortable with frequent travel (role is not office-based)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
• Own transport is a plus
• Must have SS License

Working Hours

• Normal office hours, but must be willing to respond to operational needs outside of hours when required
