Responsibility
- Security Monitoring & Patrols: Oversee entrances, exits, common areas, and conduct regular patrols across floors, parking zones, and restricted areas.
- Access Control & Surveillance: Manage visitor access through the building's system, monitor CCTV, and respond to suspicious activities.
- Emergency Response & Safety Compliance: Assist in evacuations, follow emergency procedures, and conduct routine inspections of fire exits, alarms, and safety equipment.
- Tenant & Stakeholder Support: Address tenant concerns, ensure contractor/vendor compliance with building policies, and provide frontline assistance.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and ensure proper recordkeeping for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent education level
- Minimum 1 year security experience
- Possess a valid security officer license
- Familiarity with access control, CCTV systems, and visitor management procedures
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
