Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Security Manager in managing and coordinating security operations across multiple construction project sites.
  • Support emergency response, incident handling, and crisis management when required.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Safety Department to align safety and security policies, procedures, and investigations.
  • Ensure site security operations comply with SPF licensing requirements, PLRD regulations, and relevant statutory standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and internal security audits, and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Security Executive, Security Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
  • Possess a valid Security Supervisor licence or higher, issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
  • Degree or Diploma in Security, Safety, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with corporate-level departments.
  • Able to complete documentation accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Willing to conduct inspections across multiple project sites based on operational needs.
