Assist the Security Manager in managing and coordinating security operations across multiple construction project sites.
Support emergency response, incident handling, and crisis management when required.
Work closely with the Corporate Safety Department to align safety and security policies, procedures, and investigations.
Ensure site security operations comply with SPF licensing requirements, PLRD regulations, and relevant statutory standards.
Conduct site inspections and internal security audits, and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Security Executive, Security Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
Possess a valid Security Supervisor licence or higher, issued by the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD).
Degree or Diploma in Security, Safety, or a related field is an advantage.
Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with corporate-level departments.
Able to complete documentation accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
Willing to conduct inspections across multiple project sites based on operational needs.
