Work cross-functionally with technical teams, security leads, and business stakeholders to align goals, remove blockers, and accelerate decision-making.
Serve as a subject matter expert on identity risk reduction, providing strategic input to ensure changes are secure, efficient, and supportable beyond the project timeline.
Maintain clear, actionable documentation and facilitate structured handover sessions to enable internal teams to maintain and support IAM operations independently.
Contribute to forward-looking discussions and roadmap planning for future IAM enhancements, with flexibility for continued involvement past the initial engagement period.
