We are looking for a hands-on Security Engineer who specializes in delivering and integrating cybersecurity solutions for clients. You will focus on SASE technologies (Palo Alto Prisma Access, Zscaler) and nextgeneration firewalls, while supporting security installations, configurations, incident resolution, and project delivery activities.
This role is part of the Security Technical Services (Delivery) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of SASE solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Prisma Access or Zscaler).
- Support implementation and troubleshooting of firewalls, especially Palo Alto Networks.
- Perform basic setup, onboarding, and policy/configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support client delivery activities.
- Work with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Experience with SASE platforms, preferably Prisma Access or Zscaler.
- Hands-on experience with firewall technologies, ideally Palo Alto Networks.
- Ability to support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Comfortable working in a delivery/implementation environment.
- Good communication skills.

- Experience with other network or security tools.
- Security certifications (e.g., PCNSA, Zscaler, Azure Security, CCNA Security).
