Role

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Lead B2B business planning, forecast governance, and scenario analysis to ensure alignment between commercial targets, operational execution, and financial commitments.
  • Drive performance monitoring, management reviews, KPI tracking, and accountability across products, sales channels, and business segments to identify risks and recovery actions.
  • Conduct business analysis, commercial diagnostics, and performance modelling to generate actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee executive reporting, management dashboards, KPI reporting, and structured review cadence to provide timely, accurate, and actionable business performance visibility.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, BI, Network, and Operations teams to drive performance governance, strategic alignment, business prioritization, and performance improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in business planning, commercial finance, business analytics, sales planning, or performance management, preferably within telecommunications, B2B, or subscription-based industries.
  • Strong expertise in commercial KPI management, including revenue, GA, churn, renewal, ARPU, pipeline, usage, and customer base analytics.
  • Proven experience in forecast governance, management reporting, business performance reviews, and executive-level performance management cadence.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate operational drivers and complex data into actionable insights, business diagnostics, and management recommendations.
