Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Director's calendar and appointments to maintain an organized daily schedule.
- Coordinate logistics for business trips and meetings to ensure smooth arrangements.
- Prepare and compile documents and reports accurately for review and distribution.
- Maintain an effective filing and documentation system for easy retrieval and record keeping.
- Manage incoming emails and mail correspondence promptly to support communication flow.
